When one of your drivers goes through a roadside inspection (DOT Stop), be sure they give you a copy of the inspection report upon their return to the warehouse. Please send a digital image of the roadside inspection (DOT Stop) report to roadsideinspectionreports@pods.com.

Clean Roadside Inspections

• The compliance team will upload the inspection report to the driver’s profile page in Samba, which can be accessed in the future as needed.

Roadside Inspection with Violations
The compliance team will upload the initial report and:

• RSMs will follow up with the location to ensure the defects are corrected before the truck is dispatched again.
• For states that require a signed form to be sent back within 15 days or other prescribed timeframe, RSMs will work with managers to ensure this timeframe is met so our operating authority is not at risk and the risk of fines for late report submission is eliminated.
• In addition to sending the signed document to the state, the manager should also send a copy to the RSM. This copy will be uploaded to the driver's profile in Samba.
