Employee referrals are one of the best ways we discover exceptional new hires who thrive in our culture, stay longer, and make a big impact. If you know someone who would be a good addition to PODS and meets the qualifications for an existing open requisition, you may be awarded up to $1,200, based on position (less taxes), if you refer them for employment and they are hired. Read the complete program details below.

SCOPE
This policy applies to all PODS associates, except Director and above, Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers with authority over the referred candidates. Dollar amounts may adjust depending on seasonal hiring demand.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job requisition is posted. The hiring of a referred associate must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
- The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with PODS. Temporary, seasonal, contract and former associates of PODS are not eligible candidates for referral awards.
- To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted via the Talent Acquisition System and must include the referring associate name, as well as a resume or employment application.
- The first associate to refer a candidate will be the only referring associate eligible for payment.
- Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with PODS policies and procedures.
- All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
- The referring associate must still be employed by PODS at the time the referral payment would be made.
- Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through your Human Resources Business Partner.
- The referrer will receive 50% of the payment in the first check after the referral starts, and 50% at the 90-day threshold.
- Referral bonus will be processed through payroll and will be included in the associates’ regular paycheck.
