POET Long-Distance Quote Demo

“I am going to search for customer who has contacted PODS before and it is a residential customer. Her first name Ima her last name is customer and her email is Imacustomer@PODS.com and then her phone number is automatically populated in here because I have the required fields of what type of customer she is and her email,” said Hannah Eibner.

“Then I go down and hit next. That is going to search for her account, in the system. And you can see here we have Ima customer matching email and I'm going to click on that so that I can go to her account.”

“I'm going to reconfirm some of the information. So I have her first name, last name confirm email phone number, the phone number type, etc.. And reconfirm that she is going to be opted into mobile messaging.”

“And from there I am going to update her account and it will bring me to her account page. So she has no active quotes, or orders currently on. But she had called in, so she was in the system.”

“So from there I am going to create a new quote for either. So I have her origin address. We are going to be moving from 45 Main Street in Peoria, Illinois.”

“I'm going to search and you can see that it is there and it is going to automatically populate based on that search with the Google integration. Then surprisingly, she actually does know her address. So she is going to be moving to Boston.”

“Address is 33 West Street and Woburn, Massachusetts. So I'm going to hit next. And I can then select her delivery type.”

“So she is doing standard. And then as you can see here, she is in a zip code that is eligible for both standard and city service. So because this customer plans to do it in their driveway, we are just going to click standard and go ahead.”

“And then it's going to build us to where we can start to do the quote. So as you can see it is a logistic move type. The storage location will be at a pod storage center.”

“And then in this case there are going to be three months of rental. And a weight ticket is not required because Ima is not a military customer who has not indicated that she would need a ticket for any reason.”

“Next, Ima does know her square footage so she has 1000ft² and that is moderately furnished. And then she has one single additional space, but that is how will be furnished. So once I put in all of that information, it's going to update the shopping cart, the recommendation up to 60 containers.”

“Then I can either click the location details or I can next button. And as you can see this page has a red circle, which means there is a required field. So I'm going to go in and see that for delivery, Peoria standard, and we're going to click her initial delivery date.”

“And that is the only initial date that she knows. So I'm going to go to projections. And you can see that it just opted for a long-distance mail to cover both the container and the belongings, which is shipping out.”

“And it defaults to 10,000, but we are going to upgrade that to 50,000. Good service value stuff in for a border. And then in terms of additional box, because we are additional items because she has, two containers, we need to add two box one.”

“So you want to Lock for the first container and add another high security lock for the second year. At this point in time, she's not interested in labor services for car shipping. So we're going to move to the next screen.”

“And at this time, she does not have a partner or promotional code. So we're going to just go ahead and create her closed. So here a quote is going to be generated.”

“And we are going to land on the quote page. As you can see, there's a risk required disclosure at the top. And the quote number here that you will read out to the customer.”

“And it's broken down into the total charges, the initial delivery charges, any future one time charges and recurrent charges, which will be that contents protection. You can see over here we have Ima, and her phone number, her customer ID, her phone number, type, military status, which show she's out in the military. If there were be any active orders related to this quote, and then any activity with the customer.”
