We Work as a Team: IT & Corp Ops Collaborate To Bring Our Organization to the Next Level

Over the last year, our IT and Corp Ops teams have worked together to roll out MercuryGate's Cheetah - – a state-of-the-art routing system that has significantly enhanced our operations and customer experience.

Rolling out the Cheetah routing system was no easy feat and took a lot of collaborating with IT, Corp Ops and even SSC as it touches almost all areas of the business.
